    1. Rodney has been booked by...

Move this section with the moving logos just underneath the hero image closer to the top of the page.

In this position replace it with, "What Others Have Said" and rotate some testimonials in a testimonial automated panel rotation. I will upload photos of these individuals for you. Katie Collora - Rodney truly cares about the success others and will go out of his way no matter what role he is in or what hat he is wearing. His experience as a speaker, coach, trainer, manger, and entrepreneur is the whole package. o Stanley McCoy - Rodney is a high caliber, high energy professional that I am so glad I had the opportunity to meet. He is very approachable and down-to-earth, but as soon as you hear him speak you realize there is something special about him and what he believes. o Stephanie Schank- He was able to help me see the areas that were holding me back from my full potential and implement a specific plan of action that changed behavior patterns. o Thoma Brewer - Success is more than being good at what you do; it's about being consistently chosen to do it. Rodney helps people to understand why their products, services or leadership styles or those of their competitors are selected.

    2. Who Is Rodney?

I have made notes to this elsewhere, but we want to make this a 3 tiered section. So, the way you have it is good, but would like it to be broken out as "Rodney The Speaker, Rodney The Author and Rodney The Trainer". Further, the only picture of Rodney we will use in these three tiers is the picture that is associated with him now as an Author. Let's move that to the "Rodney The Trainer" section. I will supply you with two other shutterstock pics for the author and Speaker section.

    3. Rodney is an electrifying keynote speaker. His passion for shaping emerging leaders into consummate professionals is palpable. With a focus on soft skill mastery, he teaches what he calls, “Corporate Swagger,” as the way for individuals to stand out amongst their peers. His engaging presentations help give new life to antiquated theology on executive presence.

Change to, "His path began on the southside of Chicago. Throw in some bad breaks, a few sacrifices, and a whole bunch of favor and there's your answer. Rodney is committed to leveraging his twenty years of being a licensed financial professional, experience in corporate recruiting, years of managing sales teams, and his passion for coaching all for the benefit of others. That's why."

    4. Rodney The Author

Move this "Rodney The Author" section above "Who Is Rodney?" So, we will have 3 panels in the following order, "Rodney The Speaker, Rodney The Author and Rodney The Trainer"

    5. Rodney is a published author whose debut book entitled, Corporate Swagger: The Secret To Winning the Corporate Game, is considered a means to level the playing field for young professionals. Readers will be able to learn from his experiences- good and bad; glean from the wisdom of credible professionals in various industries; receive factual evidence for what it takes to gain a competitive advantage in today’s evolving workplace.

Change langugage to, "His debut book cleverly titled, Corporate Swagger: The Secret To Winning the Corporate Game, is considered a means to expose the unspoken rules of the business world. This occupation agnostic skill set is the “level up” you’ve been looking for."

    6. Above the "Who Is Rodney?" section we want to have, "Rodney the Speaker" with the verbiage as..."Rodney is an electrifying keynote speaker. You feel his energy from your seat in the audience. With a fresh take on soft skill mastery, he teaches executive presence for this generation. This is not yesterday's version of proper business etiquette. This is Corporate Swagger."

Button to say, "More On Speaking"

    7. Rodney knows that for individuals to achieve sustained success in business and the workplace, they must stand out amongst their peers.

Replace language with, "In everything I do, my goal is empowering the underdog to compete on a stage they're not statistically qualified to be on- and WIN!"
