    1. About Us

I would also like to discuss about the robustness of the website specifically towards mobile users. When it comes to people who either don't have access to a personal computer, or just use their phone for shopping, this website has a great UI.

Try and open your phone to go to this website. It's extremely navigatable and naviagate!

    2. New arrivals, standout roasts, and customer favorites.

In terms of understandability, I really do think this website has it down pact for the average user. Almost all item titles are simple and don't overwhelm the user with many other descriptions and information. If you click on one of the items, it has all the want to knows about it.

However, I would like to mention that sites like Amazon that do have long items are better for those with visual disabilities. Those with text-to-speech can easily understand the description of the object.

One things I find that is interesting about this website is that all the images contain alt text which is extremely helpful for the visually impaired as it allows text-to-speech to read the descriptions of the items on the page. However, it could defintely go into much more detail about what is actually described in the picture as whats listed it just a repeat of the item description. In fact, I think that it might be more disorienting for someone with visual impairment because they would be hearing the same description twice.

P.S. If you want to check alt text in Chrome, you can go to Settings --> Site Settings --> Images --> Don't allow sites to show images.

    4. Coffee Classes

I really like the ease of use in terms of looking for specific needs. The tabs at the top such as "Machine & Grinders" or "Accessories & Supplies" easily show descriptive categories of what exactly is needed thus I would deem it to have sufficient operability.

    5. Espresso Machine & Grinder Repair Centre

The first thing I notice when coming to this website is that there are no videos or sound at all. This would be invisible to their hearing, which would be dis-advantagous to someone who has visual issues. Ideally, it would great to have an audio interface to either answer questions to improve the perceivablility of the website.
