I have noticed this in documentaries and show that cover African Tribes. They always emphasize these details, especially on those ones trying to help change conditions in Africa.
Do not mention rice and beef and wheat; monkey-brain is an African’s cuisine of choice, along with goat, snake, worms and grubs and all manner of game meat. Make sure you show that you are able to eat such food without flinching, and describe how you learn to enjoy it—because you care.
This section catches my attention because I find it interesting to learn the food and culture behind people of different countries. Im surprised by the part about Monkey brains I never thought of that being the choice of cuisine.
