      I am a traditional Chinese family. My grandmother trusted Taoism. She made my brother and I copy Lao Tzu's Tao Te Ching since we were young. I also found that my grandmother had a peaceful mind about things and rarely saw her have huge mood swings. Most of the time she is very calm and quick to accept unexpected things, and I think this may have something to do with the Taoist culture she trusts.

And they organized and perfected a book called the Analects of Confucius, which was later recited until many emperors of the Han Dynasty made Confucianism the keynote of the development of the whole country and ran the whole country in this way. Confucianism did not just focus on learning and moral thinking, but became the basis of a political structure. For example, the very first imperial examinations in China were due to the spread of Confucianism.
