    2. forced positivity (think about the ever smiling stewards on airlines) can lead to a strong increase in stress and unhappiness at work.

    3. Happiness at work is also a concept where there is a consistent progressive correlation with productivity (the happier you are at work the more productive you are).

I think that when people genuinely like the place they work, "weight" gets lifted off of one's shoulders. The tasks no longer seem burdening and it leaves more room for collaboration.

    4. Employees will become more responsible and need to lead themselves much more.

Relating back to company culture, I think people should be more emotionally aware in the work environment. Establishing a sense of comfort and trust really helps improve the dynamic of the workplace.

    5. The classical stance is that the organization (or the unions) should take care of your job satisfaction.

I think that company culture is incredibly important as it relates to job satisfaction. The environment that is established in the workplace can really set the mood when it comes to creativity and innovation.
