    1. metacognitive demands of college

      I myself is still adapting and adjusting to college. In high school I rarely had outside work and needed to study, but in college I have to work outside of class every day which I'm not used to, but I don't mind it because it can keep my mind active.

      Self-testing is very helpful. using AI to help your self-test is good study plan as well. Focus on the questions you don't know for the most effective benefit.

      I find this helpful as well. A helpful use of AI I personally like to do is have the AI generate questions on a topic and try to answer the questions. The AI can also help further your understanding of the topic.
