    1. Names and photos of people appearing in books, magazines, or news articles can usually be used without permission as long as there is a reasonable connection between the person and the material.

      How do you deal with harmful media though (obviously not going to combat it with the 1st amendment)?

      I think this is something we have to keep in mind more, since our identity is our sense of self. Imagine having that tarnished.
