The purpose of this article was to inform and explain because they would introduce new programs or sites that would add on and support their topic.
Muchwork is underway to develop andtest interventions designed topromote caregiver responsivity. Inthe current issue of Pediatrics,Sokolovic et al 6 performed a meta-analysis of programs targeting parentresponsivity to identify the impact ofprograms and the programcharacteristics associated withsuccess.
The majority of the article was focused on this analysis and the outcome. I believe that the purpose of this article was to explain the findings of this analysis but also show parents that they play as much of a role in a child's life as a pediatrician does.
In short, we believe that the findingsas reported in this study supportimplementation and study of a widevariety of programs that seek toreduce disparities throughpromotion of parent responsivity, both within pediatric primary care(both by pediatricians and colocatedstaff) 9 and through home visiting. 10
Another reason as to why this could be directed toward anyone because they are keeping their findings short and easy to understand rather than using professional language that someone outside of the profession would not be able to understand.
although these programswere diverse in how they operated, they were effective across a widerange of populations
This was for the analysis performed on the parents, I believed this was directed toward the parents as reassurance in a way so that the parents knew that they did an analysis o a variety of people and didn't stick to a specific group to get their results.
programs targeting parentresponsivity
The targeted audience is never explicitly mentioned, however is implied because this is an article mainly for parents from pediatricians how parents can affect the way children grow up and are in the long run. There was an analysis that was performed on parents involved in this article as well.

Still, creators’ ability to access feedback to their work in real time, not all of it complimentary and much of it from anonymous commenters, could lead to some friction
This is good to help them understand what they need to do to better their work or what they should keep on doing.
Onion focused on arts and culture, started running its own series of recaps collectively branded TV Club
This is a good idea to help further understand different series.
recaps were often engaging enough to serve as an attraction in their own right.
Recaps are very helpful because they draw attention and make people want to watch that show/movie.
The recap, as it’s now known, starts from a simple, user-friendly premise: What if, instead of simply telling viewers whether or not they should spend their time on a show before it even airs
This makes sense because by giving a quick overview and including some of the most attention grabbing pieces makes people interested to keep watching to see that part and what lead up to that part.
