Reworked Mortal Strike vs creeps. Grants a 9/11/13/15% chance to kill a non-player non-ancient unit in one hit and gain a charge counter. Can cast mortal strike to summon skeletons equal to the number of charges you have (max of 4/5/6/7 charges). Skeletons are not bound to you and will auto attack targets they find.
maybe better in jungle ? probably good when used for pushing towers
great in lane combined with hellfire blast

Big buff to roamer slardar.
Soul ring also buffed, so this might make slardar top roamer.
Shadow Raze damage reduced from 100/175/250/325 to 90/160/230/300 Shadow Raze now has a stack counter for each time an enemy gets hit. Causes the enemy to take 60 more Shadow Raze damage per stack. Lasts 8 seconds, gets refreshed on stack gain. (First hit does 0 bonus, next does 60, 120, etc.)
seems like buff if you can land all 3 razes
Every 5 seconds, a random enemy within 350 AoE will be shocked, taking 100/130/160/190 damage and getting purged (40% slow for 0.5/1/1.5/2 seconds, dispells positive buffs).
Used to be:
Razor moves with increased speed, and any abilities targeted at him are instantly countered with a jolt of electricity which damages, slows, and purges buffs from enemies.
Seems like a big nerf
Meat Hook can pull Runes back to you. Mana cost is refunded if successful.
Interesting thing: go offlane and don't leave lane because you hook bounty.
Doppelganger now adds 2 seconds duration to all your illusions.
Does this mean illusions won't expire as long as you keep generating them ?

Spiked Carapace damage return mechanics now work like Blademail (still returns only once per enemy, does not stun the Spell Immune).

Reworked Leap. Has 3 charges. Leaps a distance of 550 per charge. Grants you movement and attack speed for 2 seconds. Replenish Time: 60/50/40/30. Mana cost: 40. Movement Speed: 8/16/24/32%. Attack Speed: 25/50/75/100. Leap bonus affects only Mirana.
Awesome. Seems like it received big buffs.
Combined with agi movement speed - v hard to kill.
Level 15 talent is strong. Level 25 ult talent is strong.

Cooldown: 35/30/25/20. Mana cost: 80. Cast Range: 600/700/800/900. Physical damage type. Gets refreshed by the same target rules as Blink (player-controlled units and Roshan).

Combined with the buff to neutral creeps and continuous buffs across patches, this may just be then chen cancer patch.

I think I like it. Rework doesn't seem like a nerf because of pathing, spides armor and regen.
Maybe awesome offlaner.

New cancer in lane.
Nightmare when offlaner wants to attack, harass, repeat.
Enfeeble steals damage, but may be relevant only if playing mid.
Bane can attack nightmared units without waking them.

not really a nerf to necro as he gets annoying late game when team-fights happen

Riki new OP hero ? A mute works just like a regular silence, except that it disables active items instead of the unit's spells. Mutes usually come together with a regular silence.
Go to items for melee carry. No more force staff, euls, blink, so looks good on PL, Lifestealer, Sven and other melee carries.
Spirit Vessel:New Item
Spectre no longer needs diffusal, just upgrade urn of shadows.
Aeon Disk:New Item
maybe a must on storm spirit
Meteor Hammer:
seems legit on dark willow, underlord
Provides: +6 Strength +2 Health Regen
Buff LC, Sven, CK, Ogre, ...
Provides: +2 All Stats +1.5 HP Regen
new item must get in lane, rip PMS
+75% Accuracy + 60 Pure damage proc (the attack that procs the accuracy also procs the pure damage, pierces Spell Immunity)

Maybe not core on Riki anymore. How about just build an Echo Sabre and damage.
Battle Fury now requires a Demon Edge instead of Claymore + Broadsword (cost is 400 cheaper).
Looks like AM will have a worse time getting BF.
