    1. And yet he hath given me satisfying reasons

I think this just shows how much control Iago has over the other characters. Roderigo probably would not be homicidal on his own, but because Iago made it seem like Cassio was standing in the way of the perfect life, Roderigo was convinced that it was a good plan.

    2. I understand a fury in your words. But not the words

She understand the fact that he is angry but doesn't understand what he is angry about, because he is upset about an idea that Iago created in his head. Desdemona did nothing wrong, and could not possibly expect what is to come.

    3. Or to be naked with her friend in bedAn hour or more, not meaning any harm?

While Iago is not making any accusations, he is putting the idea that Desdemona is cheating in his head, but he says it in a way so that he will not be incriminating himself. This way he turns everyone against each other so that in the end only he can win without getting his hands dirty.

    4. Tis true: there’s magic in the web of it:

This reminds me of the first few scenes where Desdemona's father said she would not love him if he didn't use magic.

    5. If I do vow a friendship, I’ll perform it

Iago plays at this friendship, because he knows that when Desdemona vouches for Cassio, Othello will think it is because they had an affair.

    6. Well, my good lord, I’ll do’t.

I think its interesting that Othello literally hands Iago everything that Iago needs to manipulate how everyone sees Othello.

    7.  I’ll send her to you presently; And I’ll devise a mean to draw the MoorOut of the way, that your converse and business1590May be more free.

Knowing that Cassio has feelings for Desdemona, Iago uses their Cassio's feelings and their Desdemona's friendship with him to turn Othello against the both of them. Iago is using Desdemona to get both Othello and Cassio out of his way.

    8.  Iago is most honest.

I think its interesting how Othello believes that Iago is an upstanding man who is honest and loyal, while throughout the entire text, Iago is the only person who continuously turns Othello's friends and family against him, and turns Othello against the people he trusts the most in the world.

    9. addiction

I'm not completely sure if the term addiction had the same meaning when this was written, but if it had today's meaning, then I think this is foreshadowing for an event involving someone with an addiction issue, like someone drinking too much.

    1. As honest as I am.

Iago has no trouble showing the world how "honest" he is, he announces it every few lines, but everyone seems to believe him. Iago makes each character question the others, but is somehow never questioned himself.

    2. She loved me for the dangers I had pass’d,And I loved her that she did pity them. This only is the witchcraft I have used

Othello is explaining that while he is not who Brabantio may have expected his daughter to love, Desdemona fell in love with Othello because of who he had become after his long and dangerous journeys. And he loves that she is probably one of the only women who doesn't pity him, she sees him as stronger for surviving.

    3. If she in chains of magic were not bound,285Whether a maid so tender, fair and happy,So opposite to marriage that she shunnedThe wealthy curled darlings of our nation,Would ever have, to incur a general mock,Run from her guardage to the sooty bosom290Of such a thing as thou, to fear, not to delight.

Brabantio implies that without use of magic, his daughter could never love Othello, especially because she had previously turned down men that Brabantio considers ti be above Othello.

    4. I follow him to serve my turn upon him:

Iago is beginning to explain that while he may seem to support Othello, he is only pretending. He is able to move closer to Othello throughout the first act, and is making it easier to manipulate Othello and the people who surround him.
