    1. Remember to review what is going to be in the exam, including: what topics will be covered what will be provided what you will need to remember (e.g. formulas) and what you can take in with you. Check your subject information and note any advice provided in your classes. Ask your lecturer if you are unsure.

Please format into a shaded text box, remove surrounding horizontal lines

    2. Establish a note-taking system, to record what is delivered in lectures and tutorials, and review your notes regularly. Remember, to really understand something, you need to actively engage with it. During a study session, instead of just re-reading your notes, try active learning techniques: Test yourself by practicing individual questions from your tutorials or past exam papers. Summarise in your own words and then explain or demonstrate it to someone else. Include relevant examples in your summaries including quotes, worked mathematical examples, etc. Critically evaluate – don’t just accept the information as is. Ask questions and note down strengths and weaknesse s. Seek advice early from your lecturer if you don’t understand something. Plan out your study sessions. Research shows that spaced learning works far better than massed learning (cramming). So, instead of trying to cram your study in the night before the exam, break your study into shorter, regular sessions throughout the semester. This works because: It allows your brain to process the information and move it from short-term to long-term memory. Revisiting material strengthens the neural pathways and connections, making it easier to recall and see the connections between information later. Shorter, focused sessions are less mentally exhausting. Studying at a time of day when you work well helps you to stay focused.

Please change to a H5P accordion - help group these better visually and relieve the text-heavy section. The headings for the accordion should be: 1. Establish a note-taking system 2. Plan out your study sessions

and include the text and dot point lists underneath each as the paragraph text

    3. There are many different types of exams.
      • Paragraph spacing underneath this and before the H5P to match other chapters

      • Missing text after this list and before the H5P, please add and include instructional text: There are also some important considerations to be aware of. Click on the plus icons below.

H5P itself: * I think we should remove the heading from being repeated in the sentence as well. e.g. remove 'Accuracy -' from beginning of sentence but keep the heading 'Accuracy' * turn off reuse/embed display bar to match other h5ps * need to provide attributions for the icons - i can do this

    2. o evaluate the tool to ensure it is fit for purpose o evaluate and verify the content generated o ensure that your own thoughts and efforts have provided a substantial contribution to the task o acknowledge generative AI usage with a reference or statement (refer to the library guidance).

There are double dot points here that need to be removed

    3. Check the Study Smart website for the latest updates on generative AI: https://www.westernsydney.edu.au/studysmart/home/generative_AI

I think this would be better formatted in a standard text box

    1. Read widely on your topic and collect the information for your assessment yourself. Analyse the information and write the assessment yourself. Check the task requirements before using any generative AI, translation, software or online tool. Speak to your lecturers if you are unsure. Assess any tools or programs you choose to use to make sure that they are fit for purpose and permitted.

As above - dot point spacing - please change to single, no line break to match other dot point lists

    2. sharing answers for an online quiz in a group chat or deliberately sharing answers in a physical exam room giving part or all of an assignment you have written to a friend so they can copy it planning or co-writing a response to an individual assignment with another student.

dot point spacing - please change to single, no line break to match other dot point lists

    1. ible and that you keep it up to date. Here is a to-do list separated into ‘buckets’ for studying, planning, and social life tasks.

There should be a paragraph space between the paragraphs to match other spacing

    1. attend scheduled learning activities including lectures, tutorials, labs and practicals (attendance may be mandatory or have minimum requirements) meet your study requirements e.g. submitting assessments by the due date comply with the conduct rules of the University including: behaving ethically and honestly at all times (academic integrity) treating those around you with respect and fairness and being treated the same way following the guidelines for specialised spaces e.g. wearing the appropriate clothing in labs looking after the campus environment and resources regularly check your student email and keep on top of administration e.g. enrolment and class registration.
