The main navigation or the drop down menus have both good and bad practice in my opinion. It follows the understandable principle well because it is very easy to follow and organized in terms of where the site is taking you. However, it could also be considered bad practice in terms of following the operable principle. This is because it may be hard to precisely navigate these menus if someone has motor impairments.

This is a good example of the robust principle, as the website uses assistive technology to help screen readers navigate the website.

The "breadcrumbs" are a good example of the understandable and operable principles. It is understandable because users don't have to have the entire website layout in their head, and can easily identify where they are in the website. Its also operable because users can easily go back and fourth through the hierarchy.

Important information to the reader is all written in text. This is good practice under the perceivable principle as the site does not solely rely on visual cues.
