I think this is a very important thing to do in the classroom. Teaching your students how to bring each other up and how to establish good relationships are skills they can use outside the classroom in the real world. while in the classroom it can benefit every student. If each student feels validated then they will feel like they belong and it can improve how they act in the classroom. Having a good sense of community in the classroom I feel like is also just a good idea to strive for in general.

I think that this is very important to understand. If you know where or with what your students succeed then you can use those strengths to help them in other areas where they may not feel as confident.
