    1. Travis didn’t have the authority to stop the Astroworld show.

This is not mentioned enough in the media and should be known that Travis had no control over stopping the show. Everyone is so quick to blame him, but he had no authority of stopping it.

    1. "I just remember just having so much weight on my body. And I was pushing. I was fighting and then I stopped because I was getting winded. I was using all the energy I had left in me and I came to the point where I was accepting my death."

This really goes to show just how it felt to be in the crowd. How uncomfortable and dangerous it was in there.

    1. "At one point there was an ambulance that was trying to make its way through the crowd.

What was going on during the event. Travis Scott should've saw this and stopped.

    1. Then, Mr. Scott said, “If everybody good, put a middle finger up in the sky.” As the music resumed, Mr. Scott urged the crowd to make the “ground shake.”

Clearly here he notices something going on in the crowd, acknowledges it, but continues on with the show.

    2. Mr. Scott was onstage and heard telling the crowd: “I want to see some rages. Who want to rage?” Moments later, he could be heard saying, “There’s an ambulance in the crowd, whoa, whoa, whoa,” apparently trying to calm the commotion.

By him saying this, it can be said that he influenced the crowd to be chaotic.

    1. it’s unclear if any single event triggered the chaos or if it was a combination of factors at the sold-out venue.

unclear the cause of crowd- no good evidence

    1. The event appeared to be one of the deadliest crowd-control disasters at a concert in the United States in many years

"one of deadliest"- this could be an estimation... or a personal opinion since there is no factual evidence supported behind this.

    1. "The crowd was squishing me so much that I felt like I couldn't breathe," Emily Munguia, 22, told CNN. "I started screaming for help ... I felt so scared, like I was going to die."

First hand account of how someone felt during the concert.

    1. identifies the role of the executive producer as well as the festival director as the only people with the authority to stop the concert.

Many people would think that Travis can stop the concert, but according to this plan, the producers and festival directors are the only ones that have control of stopping the concert. This is a point that the media isn't discussing much about.

    2. A 56-page operations plan for the concert was obtained by CNN this week, showing a clear chain of command in case of an incident.

Obviously, this plan did not prepare for the complete chaos of the crowd.

    3. firefighters were instead given phone numbers, which are not a reliable communication method during emergencies

They knew from the start that this was going to be a chaotic event, so they should have prepared better and taken more safety precautions.

    4. "on a riser at one point and he sees one boy down... stops the show, [and] he asked security to get to that person,"

The media does not hear a lot about this instance because it is so overshadowed by the deaths and other injuries that happened that night. This also proves that he did see someone hurt in the crowd, so how didn't he see the other people who were dead and injured.

    5. "That never got to Travis, that never got to Travis's crew,

This is interesting to hear because we've seen many videos showing proof that he and his crew heard about what was going on in the crowd, but continued the show anyways.

    6. Ambulances transported a handful of injured concertgoers to the hospital that morning and afternoon.

People were already injured before the concert even started. Security should have known that this crowd needed to be controlled, especially during showtime (when it'll be the craziest).

    7. At least eight more breaches would be reported throughout the day, with 3,000 to 5,000 concertgoers that were "not scanned" entering the venue by 5:05 p.m

This clearly shows just how bad the security was from the beginning. The security didn't do anything about the 8 breaches beforehand, which now makes sense how they wouldn't be able to tame a crowd as wild as it was that night.

    8. nine deaths

For the past week, we've only been hearing that there was 8 deaths, and now we're hearing 9. Why isn't this getting more attention? How many more people died that the media does not know of?

    1. Footage from the day of his performance showed a throng of fans shoving their way through a VIP entrance, destroying it in the process.

This footage is physical proof of the actions of those in the audience.

    1. throw out laws

The use of this term "throw out laws" is not actually referring to the laws being dismissed, but rather describing them in a way of being pointless. This term uses the metaphorical way of an "idea as an action" to describe the value of these laws.

    2. Republican Gov. Bill Lee approved SB 228 earlier this year, which requires public middle and high school students to play sports based on the sex listed on their original birth certificates

This is a fact, and the source comes from the Governor Bill Lee who states this.

    3. on the heels of

Metaphorical way of speech. This term "on the heels of" means that it is coming up very close or with something. In this context, this means that the new anti-trans lawsuit is coming in "a record-setting year for anti-trans legislation".

    1. trounced

The use of this word "trounced" in this context is the use of a "vitality is a substance" metaphor to express how badly the team was defeated.

    1. authorities on the other side of the country discovered Petito's remains in an area of Wyoming's Bridger-Teton National Forest.

This is also a fact. Authorities found her remains and have evidence that they are hers.

    2. The FBI has confirmed human remains found in a Florida park

This is a confirmed fact that remains were found. To who they belong to is unsure right now, but authorities for sure found remains that have a good chance of being Laundrie's.

    1. a slight majority of voters say 51 - 42 percent that he does not deserve to be reelected

This is a pretty even split between those who believe he should be reelected and those who do not.

    1. SK Broadband said it lodged a lawsuit against Netflix for it to pay for using SK's networks

A lawsuit was filed against Netflix because they were not paying for the SK network, especially after the great amount of traffic went to it.

    2. Netflix should "reasonably" give something in return to the internet service provider for network usage

Netflix was the root of the network issue in Seoul.
