    1. Follow on Instagram

Same comment on the reviews, there are plugins that make the IG feed feel more modern. this is static and feels like it was just added without it feeling part of the site. Look to incorporate this more into the page and interior pages to build the brand and feature brand ambassadors.

    2. What are clients have to say

Typo - What our clients say but this is also buried. Social proof and reviews are one of the most important parts of a product/service based business. There are also different free plugins that can display reviews that look more modern. Goal would be to tie this back to the brand design.

    3. Affording Your Dream Body Just Got Easier

This section is too big. It is just financing so remove the gym girl and reduce this 1/8 of the height. Too much to scroll.

Otherwise, do we want financing in the nav bar. It seems very important and it takes the user a long scroll to get to this section.

    4. Your Body Blueprint Consultation

This is more text, can we utilize video here? There is so much to read and lacks action. I link the how it works but there likely is a more organic way to display the information.

    5. What Could Change in Just One Session? These patients chose a smarter way to remove stubborn fat and reshape their bodies…without going under.

This is closer to the quiz idea but it is too static. Utilize typeform or WordPress quizzes to recreate this section and the previous section into something that actually is customer first and business second. ex. https://theouai.com/pages/quiz

    6. Don’t Just Remove Fat. Put It To Work.

This is the same as it was on Glow. Are we able to create new icons and/or a different way to depict the services. It does not feel like it belongs on this new brand aesthetic.

If you are se ton using this, the slider is manual and it not very ux focused. Why not make this a moving slider or use collapsable divs to show each service.

Even better turn this into a quiz...

I am looking to Remove my Midsection - goes to Lipo 360, Increase breast etc.

Lastly we have another repeated call to action (Book Your Free Body Assessment). Less is more and repetition psychologically reduces the importance of the call to actions.

    7. When you start to scroll the navigation is sticky meaning it follows the users. It would be better if it turned into a hamburger menu so it does not interfere with the viewers scroll session.

We are missing the phone number on the nav. People prefer to call or text over fill out a form. Lets add that or utilize a chatbot/AI tool.

    8. In the hero images there is a design disconnect between the triangle behind the girl and the Lipo method curved lines. For consistency I would incorporate the logo lines into this section for synergy.

    1. Check out our blog for the latest news

Blog: How important is this section? If your articles drive traffic then this is burying the lead, if it does not and you are just doing it for SEO do you need it highlighted on the homepage? Again, think about the user and how much information this page is throwing at them.

    2. Resources

Resources in the nav likely is not needed and can be removed.

The dropdowns while good for visibility could likely all be filtered under the blog and combine the resources into content that can be repurposed on social.

    3. OVER 550+ HAPPY CLIENT REVIEWS AND COUNTING

Happy Clients: I would move the testimonials to this section (group like items). It does move the elements down the page, but if someone really wants to see your social proof they will scroll to find it.

When I click on the video I receive a Player error The player is having trouble. We’ll have it back up and running as soon as possible.

You have View all on several buttons. Each button is a CTA where you want to drive a user to a page. Make the button reflect why they should click. If it isnt important, you likely do not need a button.

    4. Properties

Listings: has a dropdown (which isn't great on mobile) if Luxury listings, featured listings are the top searches make those prominent.

Coming Soon: with the pushback from Zillow re: pocket listings and Compass where does CB stand on coming soon?

    5. he Khrista Jarvis Team is c

The slider with the logos is not as important as the 3 call to actions: List with us, Home Search, and Concierge and yet it comes before those elements. I would also reduce the height of the reviews slider as it takes up a lot of space on desktop and pushes other elements further down the page.

    6. WORK WITH THE BEST MEET THE TEAM

This photo is fine but a little blurry on my laptop. I would look to see if the image has been compressed too much.

In the body copy, we talk about the goal of the team (good), and link to the areas (SEO) but again it is about what you do versus how to solve the clients pain points.

I would reduce the copy, add bullet points (people skim they do not read) and tie the button to a stronger call to action (learn more does not get me excited to click). Tie this section to what you can do for you clients and link to the property pages on your website.

    7. Contact Us

You have both a navigation bar and a hamburger menu. Typically you pick on over the other or use a hamburger menu for mobile. When you give someone too many choices it make everything not important.

    1. #1 aLL women's team in the nation

1 All Women's Team in the Nation - Do we do anything Pro- women or for women by women?

I would use this slider on the homepage (the first team photo).

The body copy is too long, and people will not read. Also make your service areas. Also link to other internal pages.
