Missing Values
I think the reason these are missing is that they were added at some point so accessions prior to the date they were added don't have them. I can remove these from the analysis if you all think that would be better.
Results
I picked the 4 metabolites with the most interesting/impactful differences between the groups. I have these figures for all metabolites, so if you want others included just let me know.
Abstract
The abstract is longer than the 250 words stated in the instructions for authors, but the 3-way paper and many papers recently published in the journal have abstracts longer than this, so I'm hoping this will be okay.

Note that we do not have data on race/ethnicity, but it is likely that the sample of women is very homogenous in this aspect, which may limit generalizability.
