I feel like this line holds a lot of philosophical power. Within the context of the article, it shows that we are trying to create a change for our world, not an ideal one or a theoretical one. When we need to create action, we have to adjust to our own specific society in order to make it effective in movement. But overall, this line is powerful when trying to lead and encourage others because many people can adapt a defeated ideology but they do not realize that the world is not some giant force against us, but a much more simple society that we create and change ourselves. It is always changing and we can always spur on the next movement; the world is not defining our choices and power like fate or some higher being but instead that society is molded by us and we are the ones with with greater power in our own systems.

I think that this single line represents most of what we are talking about when we look at leadership and working collectively. It is never about the force we may pose as a group or individual, but instead what we do together with our thoughts and ideas. Especially when you combine many different view points for one collective cause and projects. Also, using sheer force to get what you want no longer is effective purely because everyone else will not understand why you forced your way onto them, only creating more tension amongst individuals.
