I chose invitation #19, windows and mirrors, because I felt as if it really represented and could show how Janie really felt, self-reflecting. I think, also, self-reflection is really important for character development in the long-run. Self-reflection can be a way to grow and learn. Janie, for one, had peace and quiet around her, left with only herself and her thoughts to reflect on.
