The only things worth fighting for are my own problems. The way I see it, the more people you get to fight for something, the easier ic is to lose sight of what you were fighting for in the first place.
Interesting: I read these lines a few times, and it relates to what the narrator said before about not wanting to take the time of making friends with people you soon will barely ever see: if there isn't any clear positive in doing so, why do it?
