    1. Bots might have significant limits on how helpful they are, such as tech support bots you might have had frustrating experiences with on various websites.

Yes, I agree with this sentiment, recently my I was trying to returning something, I had go through so many loopholes and ask the Chat Bot the same question several times that it was so tiring, wished I just could've called someone. In the end the Bot didn't understand and I ended up finding the email of the customer service. While, bots are useful at times, this shows that some support bots on websites still need help and can't fully capture a real person for customer service.

    1. Steven Tweedie. This disturbing image of a Chinese worker with close to 100 iPhones reveals how App Store rankings can be manipulated. February 2015. URL: https://www.businessinsider.com/photo-shows-how-fake-app-store-rankings-are-made-2015-2

This article describes of a woman who used alot of iPhone's to download an certain app to get the download count up, eventually getting the app store to give prefernce and a higher rating/ranking in the app store. Also in the article mentioned the lady and in pic wearing a blanket showing the non-quality conditions and might not even be eithically paid well for doing this. So this defintely brings up the ethics of her working conditions if having to have blanket with her. Another crazy part is that they're groups out there, that will do this if you pay them and get your app into the app leaderboards. It almost feels like in a way these people are acting like "bots". I agree that it’s hard to tell the difference between real automation and people just following instructions. Also, this means the rankings aren't always true which makes sense because at times I have wondered why a certain app was at the top. This aligns with this class subject and truly displays how you can almost always fake something to try to gain the system in tech, business, and not follow the "ethics" like infulencers, following count on social media apps etc.

    1. nd we’ll bring up our concerns to them. We are realizing that ZERO consideration seems to be given to the ethical implications of tech. They don’t even have a pat rehearsed answer. They are shocked at being asked. Which means nobody is asking those questions. “We’re not making it for that reason but the way ppl choose to use it isn’t our fault. Safeguard will develop.” But tech is moving so fast. That there is no way humanity or laws can keep up. We don’t even know how to deal with open death threats online. Only “Can we do this?” Never “should we do this? We’ve seen that same blasé attitude in how Twitter or Facebook deal w abuse/fake news. You can’t put this stuff back in the box. Once it’s out there, it’s out there. And there are no guardians. It’s terrifying. The end.

"They don’t even have a pat rehearsed answer. They are shocked at being asked. Which means nobody is asking those questions." Since this was in 2017, I wonder if nowadays with rise of Al etc. Tech they now have reharesed fake answer for ethical implications now? Like now that's it's exploded in our faces and there's no stopping now.

"You can’t put this stuff back in the box. Once it’s out there, it’s out there. And there are no guardians. It’s terrifying. The end." I feel as this is why I am so careful of being on Social Media etc. since I've seen so many stories how it can personally ruin your life like career, schooling, family and friends and even if you delete something their will always could be someone who still has it and can share it.

Another Ethics Frameworks that is mentioned briefly here, is ulitilatrainsim basically, to see if action by whatever may be the most benefit or overall fulfillment for the biggest amount of people. Related to Social Media it could be new feature, could help most platform users but then a smaller amount of people might not benefit from it. While what most people agree on some may still have an issue with it. I think why ethic-based decisions are so difficult and you may in the end still have people who don't agree with them. But I believe if most people are happy with the action or choice that will be probably the most close you'll get if can't convince them ohterwise.
