the idea that they use this product, and term it as a "luxury" is sickening. Her fame was all created through harsh words, and dishonorable actions that she displayed in public, and in air. To know that people are promoting her actions, feeding her fame and fortune, and now referring to it as "luxury" is not right, and it is not the culture that should be supported, or desired.

This line is very interesting to me, as they just pointed out that becoming a viral sensation is now a career opportunity, rather than an embarrassment. However, this clearly brings up the fact that their fame is made from their flaws, and people belittling them.

This is something my parents often point out to me. Aside from it being sad that rather than take in our surroundings we choose to indulge ourselves in technology, its more so dangerous. My parents raised me with very minimal technology in the picture, and have always been very conscious of the presence that it hold within our lives. With that being said, I often never use my phone while in public, but I really notice how many people, and how often people do.

I think that this part is very important to note within todays society and why we use all of the technology that we do. He is saying that these forms of media allow us to create our own place for our thoughts, as well as just exactly who we want our audience to be. Whether it's no one, or everyone you see on a daily basis, and whether it may be even the way you frame yourself on these medias, to also things like the aesthetic we create ourselves within on these forms of media. The simple fact that US as users have the utmost amount of control over it makes it a lot more attractive, and is honestly what I believe makes them so appealing to everyone.
