      If more than 80% of kids are going to at least try alcohol by the age of 18, I think there should classes held so you can learn about drinking. One of the problems is the fear of getting in trouble. I think by taking that away and maybe creating a drinking permit where you could drink safely there would be less issue. i think drinking would increase but problems would decrease.

      Drinking age was 18 in 1970s so that is why number is so high. I thing binge drinking has become more prominent today because it is illegal and there is no way of teens knowing about the dangers unlike the 70s.

      In college where there is an enclosed enviroment and less of a fear of police trouble or injury drinking increases, but problems decrease. They also saw that by putting in policy where you do not say no to alcohol all together but instead set guidelines kids are more safe. I think kids are willing to compromise but when you say no all together it forces poor decisions.

      I think this is based on your up bringing. If you are introduced to alcohol in an unsafe manner you will continue drinking and do so making poor choices, but being introduced to it at a young age and learning consequences can actually help you make wiser decisions and lead you away from alcoholism like countries in Europe. #APLANG18

      I find this very interesting. As a kid growing up in the United Sates you know Alcohol is not for you so when you get to the age when it is easily accesible, but still illegal you are not familiar with it affects but allured to it by its mystery #APLANG18

    1. I agree wit the fact Success has changed and that today success is not just accomplishing a goal but being succesful on a big stage

    2. They could be as concrete as acquiring a job and plotting a growth trajectory in a career; to abstract ideologies like helping those that are in need, or keeping a positive frame of mind.

      I personally think writing down a goal and sharing it will make you want to push to complete it. Abstract ideas are good but I do not think they really push you
