I honestly do not have a clue on how this could be a kind of "yoga" most likely because my overall comprehension of the text is low, but I think one becomes authentic by remaining true to there soul. It kind of sounds cheesy but doing what you want to do in this life and thinking the way you want to think allows for a greater authentic existence. This may sound easy but often times humans with a little bit of influence can be easy manipulated and become "unauthentic". To be a authentic artist or thinker is a way of life. You cannot force masterpieces that are unauthentic because it is untrue to your natural way of thinking and does not allow for a free flow of ideas that would naturally come to the artist or thinker. I find this to be especially true when trying to write an essay that I do not personally agree with, I will often times get writers block and it sounds robotic without flow.
