CE Workbench refers to Concept Expansion workbench. Unfortunately the Watson Concept Expansion Service has been withdrawn.

So a corpus is an already annotated document. What is WKS used for then?

Does this apply to any NLP pipeline? Need to examine such pipelines.

This reminds me of diigo. I used that application to share annoted web pages with others in my work on occasion. I wonder how this is different.
