Downloading or even printing key documents ensures you have a stable backup.
This makes sense becausse oftentimes I lose a link that I used for an essay, which ends up taking a lot of time to find the link again.

I feel like this helps provide validity to your work as well. By citing other sources, you are backing up your work rather than discrediting yourself.

This makes sense. If a degree is built off of other people's work, then what actual value does it hold. Maintaining quality and independent work seems essential to be able to value the degree.
