    1. Maximum Class Size; Include rationale for the change
    2. Grading Method: A-F; P/F; P/NC; A-D,NC:

Dropdown for this would be good.

      ISRS pull

    3. Total Credits Lecture Lab

This section is VERY confusing for most people. It would help to put some instructions on this section: "Most courses are Lecture. The Lab designation is used primarily in Science, Studio Arts, Exercise Science, and Allied Health. If unsure, consult with your AASC representative or ESC." If we could do some validation on this field so that an error message pops if it's not a discipline that traditionally has labs, that would be super helpful.

      This is another ISRS pull

    4. Suggested Effective Date: (Final date will be assigned by academic affairs)

Suggest programing this to follow Meghan's schedule, based on submission date.

    5. Deans/Subcommittee Signature:

I'm not sure what the purpose of this signature is?

This is super-cool! I'm assuming this is the place for campus comments, and this is a huge value-add.

    7. Plan for notification for catalog, program sheets, AA worksheet, Advising Center, R&R, A&O, financial aid, University partners, articulation agreements and any other areas that are involved:

This field can probably go away because workflows will make sure that people who need to be notified are notified.

    8. How will the goals and outcomes be assessed? course, department, program if applicable

This section of the course outline is probably going to change. LOA is proposing that this question indicate if goals and outcomes are either dictated or aligned with an accrediting body or discipline (for example, EDUC course outcomes are dictated by PELSB, but HIST course outcomes align with the AHA discipline standards).

    9. Other colleges/universities that offer this course – list number, name, school, credits:

      Same, single field.

    10. Course content overlap with other courses:

Single field here, we're not comparing with prior versions.

    11. Do these changes make this course more readily adaptable to the online environment?

This question should be eliminated from a faculty rights/contract compliance position.

    12. Essential Learning Outcomes this course will fulfill:

This should also be a multi-check box.

    13. MnTC Goals; attach the completed MnTC form. Evaluation criteria for courses to be included in the MnTC have been reviewed.: MnTC Outcomes:

This would be better to combine if I'm understanding correctly: MnTC Goals would be 1, 2, 3, etc., whereas Outcomes would be the letters associated with each goal? Just having a multi-check box with 1a, 1b, 1c, etc, would be more valuable.

    14. Co requisites:

      Pull from ISRS

    15. Prerequisites:

      Pull from ISRS

    16. Course Outcomes :

This is in ISRS, so it should be something that can be pulled.
