    1. With all the ideas gathered, discuss each one, improving and building on those that the group feels has promise

My only question/qualm with this tactic is that it doesn't really indicate how to decide which ones the group feels has promise, so how do you determine that? Feels like a voting step may be necessary/applicable.

    2. Flesh out the winning sketches with details before moving to prototype creation and user testing.

I really like this technique! I am partial to any ideation tactics that involving drawing, but I think this specific technique is extremely usable because it can get everyone involved. Seems like a great resource for larger groups.

    1. Don’t restrict your thinking at all.

Honestly, I find myself slightly disagreeing with this idea. I think it conceptionally makes sense to pursue a route like this, but I think there needs to be some sense of realism involved with this tactic, or else you are going to go way off base and lose context with your group. I think some nuance is required.

    2. Consider each bad idea with the thought that at least some aspect of it has value, and make it your goal to find it.

I really like this concept and honestly feel like it would be super useful. Reminds me of the saying "there's a silver lining to everything." I think this would be particularly useful in situations where nothing seems to be working, and ideas are at a low. This would prompt a team to seek out the best in every idea, while simultaneously realizing how much good could be found in their original idea.
