      GOOD: bullet points are short and get to the point, the coloured subtitle (important dates and deadlines) helps break up the text and allow the viewer to know what the bulletpoints are talking about - understanable

      AccessAbility Services supports undergraduate, graduate and non-degree students with a range of disabilities including but not limited to mental health conditions, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, chronic health conditions (e.g., epilepsy, bowel disease, heart condition, cancer, etc.), concussions and head injuries, sensory disabilities (i.e., hearing and/or vision loss), physical and mobility disabilities.

      BAD: the text is a little too small, I think it would be more helpful if the text was slightly larger and easier to read - understandable
