One critique of all of these approaches, however, is that no design, no matter how universal, will equally serve everyone. This is the premise of design justice
I lean more towards this opinion that design is entirely subjective. No matter how much or how well you implement the techniques discussed in this chapter such as human-centered design or participatory design, there will always be someone out there that does not find the design favorable. Thus, maybe there is no such thing as "good" design and you can only design for a certain demographic.
