After studying Communications, an Honors BA in Philosophy, and researching theories of Critical Judgment (Aesthetics), Fabrice completed a Certificate in Digital Information Management at EBSI and put these teachings into practice as a Webmaster. and responsible for communications for different organizations.</p>
He was assistant for the seminars "Écritures numériques et éditorialisation" (2013-2015). He is involved in the research group on theories of digital literature (ThéoLiNum) and the Canada Research Chair on digital textualities, and is particularly interested in the transformation of editorial practices in relation to the evolution of publishing platforms.
Having completed the writing of his dissertation, which brings Doueihi's digital humanism into dialogue with McLuhan's media ecology, he is currently a digital book editor and digital publishing consultant on his own at Fabrix Livres. The question of the transmission of knowledge and cultures is at the heart of its concerns. He is the author of "The eBook and the ePub Format", chapter of the Digital Publishing Practices handbook, edited by Marcello Vitali-Rosati and Michael E. Sinatra.
