    1. Everyone on your gamedev team is a designer, not just those with ‘design’ in their job title. Seemingly small choices made by every one of the team will impact how the game experience manifests in players.

      This seems like a rather risky idea considering those who do not specialize in design elements can make choices that then constrain others. While the cooperative and holistic elements can positively impact the user experience, it also feels like there are serious consequences for each and every team member's choices.
