    1. In a hybrid tip out structure, servers retain a certain percentage of the tips they earn and share the rest.

      This might be what we're looking for. We could start with 50% and gradually rise to 70%. This is the percentage of their tips that they will be contributing to the pool.

      They wont be reading books, but we'll better design the treasure hunt game, with more clues and challenges.

      I think this is more suited for problem solving, than it is for skill development.

      This exercise could be used to identify weaknesses of the self.
