I feel like this is one of the most challenging parts for my school that has run for years and when everyone in the school has got used to how things should work.
It generated an awareness that the issues of children and childhood cannot be treated separately from the issues of women, men, families, and society.
This reminds me of past readings about children are citizens now and future. They are part of the community, and even at preschool, the issues of race, religion, gender, etc. should be included.

It’s a way of going back to the children and giving back to the children images ofwhat we’ve done together. It’s a process of re-readingand re-interpreting processes that have been elaborat-ed by adults and children together
I think this is an important process! Referring back what children have done together, discussing the experience and the results would help build stronger relationships between students and teachers.
Is there a planned time frame everyday for children to spend time in the studio? Or is it a free space where each child can go there any time during the school time?
