      I feel like this is one of the most challenging parts for my school that has run for years and when everyone in the school has got used to how things should work.

      This reminds me of past readings about children are citizens now and future. They are part of the community, and even at preschool, the issues of race, religion, gender, etc. should be included.

      I think this is an important process! Referring back what children have done together, discussing the experience and the results would help build stronger relationships between students and teachers.
