I highly recommend evaluating the current use of "equity" and "diversity" in the training material. The January 2025 DEIA -related Executive Orders prohibited agencies from conducting training on DEIA. You could instead discuss the advantages of including researchers with varying areas of expertise and experience as an aspect of "collaboration". You could also discuss making work easily accessed by everyone by incorporating open sharing practices.
