This is a very good skill to learn because it is good to prep for life outside of school and college, and this class helping us prepare for that is very nice.

Students will learn to analyze the rhetorical context of any writing task and compose with purpose, audience, and genre in mind. Students will reflect on their own writing processes, learn to workshop drafts with other writers, and practice techniques for writing, revising, and editing.
I believe it is important for us to learn how to analyze rhetorical contexts and learn techniques that will help with our writing.
