      True! Proper grammar can drastically affect the meaning! Many people still do not understand the differences between you're and your or their, there, and they're. Even though we are able to figure out what they are trying to say, it's still important to use the proper spelling! Not saying i'm perfect, i still fall victim to this but rarely!

      Reminds me of when I used to ask my teachers in school, "Mr. Can I use the bathroom?" which is a question and request but they'd reply with "You caaaannnn....." I would then have to exchange the word "can" for "may".
