Yes, this reminds me of creating community values. In other words, why are these norms? There needs to be a bigger WHY

I really like this notion of "natural curiosities" being freed. Sometimes we wonder as instructors why students are so quiet... or even our colleagues in important conversations! It has to come back to making sure that everyone feels safe.
