      The Berne Convention’s standards for copyright protection dictates a minimum term of life of the author plus 50 years.

      The Sony Bono Act or, CTEA (1998) in the U.S. extended "life of the author" plus 70 years, but Berne convention extends "life of the author" plus 50 years.

      As a general rule, copyright is automatic the moment a work is fixed in a tangible medium.

      If this is the case, all of my creative work is already copyrighted although I had not registered this work yet, correct?
