I find it instering because I have never heard of grey hat hackers. I think its good because they walk the line of either helping or hurting. White hat is definitely the most ethical not hurting anyone, rather, helping and keeping accounts secure.

I dont think data caps should be banned because someone who hardly uses data shouldnt have to pay the same amount as someone who uses it all the time. It provides different price points for the amount used. More data equals more money.
