My takeaway from the Flat Hierarchy is that eveyrthing is right infont of you you can see eveyrthing, but at the same time many of the users wont pay attention to eveyrthing and in this situation the user wont get through all of the information so the user will miss out on the information that is provided vs Deep Hierarchies there are categories but its not many of them with limited information in there that everyone can go through it and understand what is going on. Aslo there are subcatergories inside a catergorie this will give you topics to click and it will give you a description to what you are going to learn and read. Overall, both of these topics are very interseting and how they work to present the content.

The video showed some key details to what a site needs and overall what the site should present to the audienece,. Having everythng in categories like the example in the video was a healthcare site where eveyrthing had a category for each topic that will help the patient or customer navigate through the site and see exactly what they are looking for.

Steve Job points out great key points and technology and how technology should be used and to be approached. Many company make there technology very complicated and when there is a issue with that technology where a user can not understand it the user may give up. What this video mentions is that technology should be simply and easy to understand so that all users can control it and overall have a great experience with that specific technology.

David Berman highlights some key details and when he started to talk about them I started to connect them to our community. The first thing that came to my mind was how he connected sustainability with design and what David Berman expressed is that designers should have all there work be beneficial to both the people and overall the whole community. Next I wanted to also mention that David Berman had also mentioned that design can play a positive impact on the community and overall the society. Overall, this was a great lecture to understand all of the key details that David Berman pointed out.

Starting off with this sentence is very important to many users its a strong topic to talk about and when i read the whole article this stood out to me the most. This sentence says everything about Dark patterns they lead an individual to making a decision that the user does not know what they are doing and that they don't understand it completely. For example when you go and sign up for any entertainment subscription there may be hidden fees that the user does not notice until they pay everything, when that happens the user does not trust that company anymore due to the unprofessional experience.
