The expand and collapse buttons are not optimised: - Expand booton should not scroll to the end of the sidebar/snapshot but stay on where the text is blurred. - Collapse is now skipping a lot of text - it should follow directly to after the sidebar/snapshot

let's remove all the units and add the unit to the title of the lenged - see above comment

please remove the 160-180 $/tCO2e bins as there are no countries that have policies in this range.

Please remove the 200-2005 bins as there are no policies that were enacted during those years.

On the Carbon Taxes mao (last one), some countries are not highlighted when you hover over their range. See norway and Sweden for example.
