Now, the focus is on the global level — meaning that what happens in the world is shaped not just by governments, but also by international organizations, corporations, social movements, and even individuals across borders.

      The group of actors who make decisions and influence global issues isn’t limited to a few powerful Western nations anymore. It includes many different countries, regions, and people from all over the world.
