In the months of run-up to the final sprint week, we designed the perfect lab together with the Formo team.
In two months we designed the lab, planned all constructional changes, briefed the construction workers and zoned all labs according to Formo's lab workflows.

Luckily, we managed to find an amazing location in Frankfurt am Main that ticked all the boxes and that passed the rigorous due diligence checks we conducted with our expert partners.

Finding a move-in ready Lab the size of Formo's ambitions wasn't easy, so we combed the real estate market for weeks and looked at sites not only all over western Germany, but also well into the Netherlands.
What means combed? Dont know that word. Write instead "...searched the real estate market", found 80 locations and evaluated them on XXX criteria. A week later the favorite was Frankfurt, so the lease was signed a month later".
