      If we DM a creator about a collab and they say they want to hear about more collab offers in the future, we click this button so they continue receiving offers from us.

    3. Unsubscribe DMs

      If we DM a creator about a collab and they say they don't want to hear from us anymore, or are angry that we DM'd them, clicking this button will opt them out of any future DMs.

      Total number of posts on the creator's social channel

    6. Minimum Offer:

      The minimum amount a creator is willing to accept for any given campaign. If this number is anything above $0, the creator will not see paid campaigns that cannot match that rate or higher.

      The creator enters this number when clicking "Social Accounts" when logging into Revfluence. In addition to this minimum offer amount, they can also select a box that states "I am open to receiving product for post (unpaid) offers on this account."

    7. Geo Location:

      Approximate coordinates from which the creator posts most often. If the creator posts from different locations, this could be an average of those locations (i.e. if these coordinates are in the middle of a river, obviously the creator isn't posting from the river).

    1. Views Per Video:

      Average views of creator's most recent 20 posts, not including outliers or viral videos. This is the number shown to the brand on the front-end re: average engagement.

      This is calculated using a geometric mean to ensure we present an accurate representation of the creators recent average views to the brand.

    2. Overall Average Views:

      Total average views of all videos on their channel, including outliers and viral videos. This is rarely use, and is not shown on the front end.

      When a creator signs up for Revfluence, they are tagged with our most relevant categories to their channel. To add/edit/change these tags, click "Categorize Account" at the bottom of this page

    2. [u'willnotadvertise']

      A creator tagged as "willnotadvertise" will show up in Search, but there will be no "invite" button. The creator will be greyed-out and will have a reason why the brand cannot invite that creator.

      E.g. "This creator cannot be invited to your campaign because: Our system has flagged this account's engagement as suspicious."

      Full Story records all screen-sessions on Revfluence of a given user and allows us to watch creators after they've logged in/out of Revfluence each time.

      Only brand and creator Full Story sessions are recorded - Revfluence employee sessions are not recorded.

    4. Past Collabs:

      Number of collaborations they've successfully completed through Revfleunce

    5. Suspended

      A creator is suspended after they receive 3 strikes (see note on "Strikes" above). They cannot work on any campaigns with any brands and all access to Revfluence is restricted (their login attempt will be rejected).

    2. Location Filters:

      If the campaign has location restrictions, Suhaas can add coordinates here in order to restrict creators outside of those coordinates from being eligible for the campaign. Keep in mind that only Suhaas can update this info on his end.

    3. Send Test Email

      This will send the campaign invite to the email you enter. When the email is sent (give it 2-3 minutes to send), you'll e able to see the campaign invite from a creator perspective before setting the campaign live to double check messaging, splash images, etc.

    4. Signup Link ONLY:

      Checking this box will generate a signup link that you can send directly to the creator. If you do not check this box, the creator will receive the campaign invite via email.

    5. Subscribers:

      Subscribers will receive all emails as part of this campaign, i.e. notifications, messages, etc. You must enter the email address of someone who is already a manager within the org.

      Typically this is used when there are 2+ users managing one campaign, so they all receive notifications.

    6. # of Recommended Accounts in Queue

      If this number is getting low or at 0, revisit tags/categories and consider adding more relevant tags. If no other relevant tags, discuss with the brand relying more heavily on search.

    7. Bookings (in cents):

      This amount is the total $$ have been proposed in terms on the front end. Basically, the pending payments that will be owed to creators once all creators have completed the collaboration.

    8. Account ID:

      A creator's account ID can be found on their publisher page on the backend. Keep in mind that creators have different account ID's for each social channel, so be sure to invite the right one.

    9. Approve Account

      This button allows you to invite a creator to a campaign they may not be eligible for otherwise. It basically overrides any campaign restrictions for that creator (i.e. if they have less than 5000 followers, aren't tagged per campaign requirements, have too little engagement, etc).

    10. # of Unsent Brand Invites

      Typically unsent invites are a result of inviting creators to a campaign before the campaign has been set live. This applies to "# Unsent QA Invites" as well. If there is any number of creators here, click "Distribute (Email)" at the bottom of this page to manually send those invites.

    11. Distribute (Email)

      Clicking this button allows you to manually send any unsent invites (see Recommendation Details above for this number). Typically unsent invites are a result of inviting creators to a campaign before the campaign has been set live.

    1. Max Campaigns Per Brand:

      Adding more campaigns typically costs more $$ from the brand, unless the CSM makes an exception for any reason. This number must be edited manually by clicking "Edit Organization" below.

    2. Cost:

      This number is pulled directly from the plan the brand is subscribed to under "Subscription Plans" below.

      An organization will be subscribed to "managed" if the org is a managed campaign, or if they're a self-serve org paying via wire or ACH. Subscribing the brand to "managed" will not charge their credit card each month.

    4. Current Period End:

      This is the next date on which the brand will be charged for their subscription if paying by credit cad.

    5. Credit Card(s)

      If the brand has a credit card on file, it will appear here. If the brand is paying through wire or ACH instead, this might say "No card on file."

    6. Make Managed Campaign Org

      This button is only used for managed campaigns (not self-serve). Clicking this button assigns that person as the Account Representative and Campaign Manager on the organization.

      Clicking this button removes the post from the Analyze page.

    1. advanced_terms

      Checking this box allows the brand to check a box when proposing terms that says "This collaboration has special payment terms."

      Typically this is used for managed campaigns when we pay creators net 30 or net 60, but exceptions can be made for self-serve clients if the CSM deems necessary.
