if currently the staffing profile has no shared resource available, the "Shared Resouce" button will not display.

For a staffing profile manager (or user who can edit the staffing profile) to add shared resources to the staffing profile, the staffing profile must meet one of the following requirements:

• The team or members are specifically shared with the project which the staffing profile is for.

• The team or members are shared with the user who can edit the staffing profile.

• The team or members are shared with the project type of the project which the staffing profile is for.

The staffing profile can be a standalone one, as the team or members can be shared to the manager of the staffing profile directly.

At the bottom of the doc, can we add one known limitation? Avoid dragging and dropping shared resource when the week view is used, you may run into error when the view is changed. If you get the problem, remove the shared resource you just added and save the staffing profile.
