I think that there is no absolute right to a child, sincethe right implies an increasingly artificial fabrication of children. Inthe interests of the child, one cannot efface its double origin.^^
I think, unfortunately, that this mindset is still present in France. The debate on having a direct effect on life is still going. Here it's about the "artificial fabrication," but even though IVF have been legalized for lesbian couples and single mother, surrogacy is still illegal everywhere in France. For me, it even goes further than LGBT questions, as we still see debates over abortions and euthanasia.
