    1. A swarm of women sentinels to man the walls without. WOMEN So then we scare you, do we? Do we seem a fearful host?

I favor these lines in this story because of their metaphorical hold. In this scenario the women are guarding Acropolis, and the men are making snide remarks. The men's insecurity shows by diminishing the women's ability to protect the city. Also a sense of irony in the men saying "to man the walls," because man can also mean guard, but the women are the ones guarding it.

    1. Shall I deal death on these Even though they seek to slay us? Not one blow, O Madhusudan! will I strike to gain The rule of all Three Worlds; then, how much less To seize an earthly kingdom!

This moment in the story truly shows one of Arjuna's best character traits. Arjuna calls out "O Madhusudan" (103), this is important because Madhusudan is an epithet for "destroyer of Madhu" which means the death of an inner demon. Arjuna notices that he does not want to fight, and he is advocating as such.
