I can say that I agree. we should not create any reason for students to feel superior over other students. This also may cause the students in the lower level group to feel ashamed or unmotivated.

This is my favorite sentence from the whole article and really captures what this is all about. As teachers, we are going to encounter many students who are different from us and we need to be willing to learn and incorporate them and their backgrounds into our lessons. If someone is not open minded and ready to make every child feel cared for an important than teaching is the wrong profession for them.

This sentence stuck out to me, as I believe that teachers need to be open minded and accepting. A teacher needs to be willing and allow their students to teach and push them.
