      After doing an entire class project on empathy, I LOVE that this is included in their arguments. We can't get anywhere in life if we don't understand where the other people are coming from. Empathy plays such a big role!

      I can relate to this. I think it just depends on the person but some people just can't handle those types of huge problems. This part is very relatable.

      As a new kindergarten teacher who used to teach 3rd grade, I can see the progression of writing now and am seeing how important it is to make sure it is taught with authenticity and accuracy so that it can become a powerful tool like it has in this article as civic engagement.

      Where was this when I was in high school? I think teaching youth how to make important decisions is a great life skill that everyone needs to learn.

      I think this part about "how students rhetorically frame these issues" is key to address the issues that these future adults face. They are the future and these letters give us an insight into that.

    1. Developing gaming fluencies with Scratch: Realizinggame design as a design process.

      I coded a game for my final comprehension exam and really hoping I passed! I just started using Scratch and can definitely see the benefits to using the program with kids.

    2. You will create an online, shared HyperDoc PBL

      Everything I created in my last class with Mr. Farber was used in my classroom almost immediately so I look forward to creating more!
