      Evil exists through many different windows. Evil can not be pinpointed to one person, thing, or object. When the moral standard is not met, it moves to a production of regularity. The regularities of wrong doing then becomes a natural culture of society.

      As we begin to understand ourselves we must put into perspective that we indeed contributed to the mishaps of the world. It is natural to blame others for all of the wrong or evil. We can find the hegemonic imagination within us. Although evil is an outside effect, we as individuals helped create the view and understandment of evil.

      Culture today has been tarnished by society choosing to manipulate the background of multiple cultures. As society grows cultures form up in more of a variety. Culture is now feared and seen as a threat other than an opportunity.

      I think Lyotard is saying that knowledge should be accessed by all people. Knowledge should not be limited to specific groups. There should be no rules are restrictions to the beauty of what knowledge brings.
